What youll be doing :
As the Senior District Manager of Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) , youll be the executive leader overseeing technology operations across multiple hospital sites.
Your responsibilities will include :
Leading and managing large-scale healthcare technology operations
Developing strong client relationships and serving as the primary point of contact
Overseeing budgeting, compliance, and risk management for technology services
Ensuring regulatory compliance with CIHQ, DNV, and JACHO standards
Driving cybersecurity initiatives to safeguard healthcare technology infrastructure
Mentoring and coaching teams at various levels
What were looking for :
7 years of leadership experience in Healthcare Technology Management
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Proven expertise in budgeting, compliance, and operational strategy
Experience managing technology services in a hospital environment
Strong understanding of cybersecurity in healthcare
