What youll be doing :

  • Design, program, and maintain PLC systems for automated machinery in plastics manufacturing.
  • Implement control systems with industry-standard platforms like Allen-Bradley , Siemens , and Schneider Electric .
  • Configure and troubleshoot PLC components and integrate them with HMI and SCADA systems.
  • Lead testing, debugging, and performance optimization for manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance production line efficiency and reliability.
  • Document PLC programs and provide technical support for production teams.

    • Requirements :

  • Experience : 5 years in PLC programming, ladder logic, and industrial automation.
  • Skills :
  • Expertise in OPC UA , Python , and machine-to-machine communication protocols.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with hands-on experience in control systems.
  • Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with plastics manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Education : Associates degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related field.
