Were seeking a skilled Project Manager with experience in commercial construction and concrete restoration to join our team. Youll work hands-on with a leading construction services firm specializing in concrete restoration, ensuring project accuracy, timeline adherence, and exceptional delivery from start to finish.

What Youll Be Doing :
Manage Projects from Start to Finish : Oversee commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and with high quality.
Estimation and Budgeting : Review blueprints and project plans to accurately estimate costs and set timelines. Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to align with project goals.
Documentation and Reporting : Prepare essential documents, including contracts, submittals, schedules, meeting agendas, and close-out packages.
Client and Team Coordination : Serve as a key liaison between clients, subcontractors, and the project team. Regularly monitor project progress and deliver comprehensive weekly job summaries.
Billing Management : Generate and monitor monthly billings to ensure accuracy and meet project milestones.
Requirements :
Education : Bachelors degree in Construction Management or a related field
Experience : At least 5 years of commercial construction project management experience, particularly in concrete restoration
Technical Skills : Proficient in reading construction plans and blueprints, with strong budgeting, scheduling, and negotiation abilities
Soft Skills : Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills with a strong problem-solving mindset
Other : Willingness to travel to job sites as needed (travel expenses covered)
