Were searching for a seasoned Senior Health Benefits Consultant to deliver innovative, high-impact group health benefits consulting services. Based in Tempe, AZ, youll work alongside passionate professionals in a collaborative environment.

What youll be doing :

  • Managing vendor procurement assignments (RFPs) to align with client goals and budgets.
  • Conducting quantitative and qualitative vendor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Supporting client relationship managers in project scope definition and presentations.
  • Collaborating with clinical teams to integrate wellness and clinical programs for clients.
  • Analyzing complex data sets, including claims experience and financial performance, to create actionable insights.
  • Reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of health benefits analyses.

    • Requirements :

  • Bachelors degree with 9 years of experience in health benefits, managed care, or underwriting (or equivalent work experience).
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (VBA programming a plus).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Proven project management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • A collaborative work ethic and the ability to navigate fast-paced environments.
