Join a well-established site development company in Wilmington, NC, as a Project Manager / Estimator.

This full-time, permanent role is designed for a professional, reliable, and career-oriented individual with expertise in managing civil site and utility construction projects.

You'll play a key role in estimating, planning, and overseeing site work and utility construction projects, while maintaining project budgets and schedules.

What youll be doing :

  • Simultaneously manage multiple projects while handling estimating responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with site superintendents, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on budget and on time.
  • Attend pre-bid meetings, prepare accurate bid proposals, and secure subcontracts.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and manage budgets.
  • Oversee project specifications, material submittals, and change order negotiations.
  • Provide clear and actionable guidance to project teams.

    • Requirements :

  • At least 5-10 years of experience in site work and utility construction project management.
  • Proven success in estimating and managing civil site and utility construction projects.
  • Familiarity with crew composition, production rates, and construction methods.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Valid drivers license and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
