What youll be doing :
Lead multiple projects while managing site superintendents, vendors, and subcontractors.
Estimate civil site and utility construction projects using 3D estimating software (Ag-Tek preferred).
Develop and maintain accurate bid proposals, including material and subcontractor pricing.
Ensure projects meet budget and schedule goals through diligent oversight and communication.
Prepare project schedules and budgets, track progress, and manage change orders.
Attend pre-bid meetings and act as the primary communicator with project owners and engineers.
Uphold company safety policies and promote a team-driven approach.
Requirements :
Experience : 5-10 years in site work and utility construction project management.
Technical Skills :
Proficiency in Carlson Civil Software and / or Ag-Tek.
Strong knowledge of civil site and utility construction means and methods.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and scheduling software.
Leadership Skills : Exceptional communication and team management abilities.
Analytical and problem-solving expertise with strong attention to detail.
Valid drivers license and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Must have a track record of reliability and professional ambition.
