What youll be doing:
- Produce high-quality, reproducible data to feed machine learning models.
- Lead the automated data creation process using microfluidics.
- Develop high-throughput pathways for enzyme functional analysis
- Collaborate with lab and team members to refine data specifications and methodologies.
- Contribute to the creation of proprietary datasets critical for innovative applications.
Requirements:
- PhD in Biology, Structural Biology, Biophysics, Chemistry, or Physics with a focus on benchwork.
- Familiarity with microfluidic protocols for high-throughput enzyme functionalization.
- Expertise in protein expression (E. Coli and a-cellularly).
- Strong proficiency in molecular biology and biochemistry lab techniques.
- Proven ability to lead research projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Published in the field of high-throughput enzyme functional assays within the last three years (preprints acceptable).
- Passion for synthetic biology, climate innovation, and data-driven science.
