About the Job
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruitment processes.
This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level HR professional to gain hands-on experience in recruitment coordination, onboarding, and candidate engagement.

What Youll Be Doing :
Interview Coordination : Schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Offer Management : Prepare and distribute offer letters, collect pre-employment paperwork, and assist with I-9 documentation.
Onboarding Support : Coordinate pre-employment requirements like background checks and drug screenings.
Recruitment Operations : Maintain requisition files, track special payments (e.g., sign-on bonuses, employee referrals), and ensure quality assurance for job postings.
Event Assistance : Support recruitment events such as job fairs, on-campus recruiting, and on-site hiring events.
ATS Administration : Serve as an administrator for the applicant tracking system, ensuring smooth operation and data accuracy.
Candidate Sourcing : Assist in identifying and recruiting candidates for internship programs, pipeline initiatives, temporary roles, and full-time positions.
Process Improvement : Contribute to the design and implementation of improved recruitment processes.
Requirements :
Education : Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
Experience : 1-3 years of recruitment support, customer service, administrative, or related work experience preferred.
Skills :
Strong communication and ability to escalate issues when necessary.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
Ability to prioritize tasks and follow through on requests.
