The company is seeking a skilled and passionate Director of Emergency Services to lead and manage the operations of our Emergency Department in Sanford, NC. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and fostering a culture of excellence.

What you’ll be doing:

• Organize and supervise clinical and procedural functions within the Emergency Department.

• Ensure compliance with policies, maintain safe staffing levels, and manage resources effectively.

• Oversee budgeting and fiscal management of the department.

• Lead staff development initiatives and ensure annual competencies are met.

• Drive quality improvement, patient safety, and regulatory compliance efforts.

• Serve as a key communicator to the Chief Nursing Officer and other administrative team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN).

• Active RN license in North Carolina (or compact state).

• American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

• Minimum of three years of supervisory experience in an Emergency Department within the last five years.
