What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Technician position at Care First Rehabilitation?
Care First Rehabilitation is a Neuro-Rehabilitation company who cares for clients who have Traumatic Brain Injuries from motor vehicle accidents. We have eight Adult Foster Care homes (group homes) where our clients live, as well as a Rehabilitation center/ office in Beverly Hills. Therefore, we are looking for a Housekeeper/Janitorial staff to undertake the responsibility to preserve the good condition and functionality of all of our facilities (Troy, Farmington, and Beverly Hills).
Responsibilities
- Working in a licensed adult foster care home for the entire shift. Note, all cleaning supplies and tools will be provided.
- Cleaning wood, linoleum, tile and other floors
- Vacuuming and shampooing rugs and carpets
- Deep clean all surfaces
- Washing windows
- Laundry of linens and client clothes
- Deep cleaning of bathrooms, kitchens (refrigerator, stove, microwave), bedrooms, mattresses, electric wheelchairs, durable medical equipment, etc.
- Collecting and taking out trash and recycling
Skills
- Proven experience as housekeeper/janitor in a medical facility, hospital setting, group homes, residential environment.
- Attention to detail
- Able to lift 50lbs
PAY
- $18/hour to start
