About Care for All: Care for All is a new nonprofit sexual and reproductive health clinic in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Our mission is to provide quality abortion care and other reproductive and sexual health services to people of all needs and backgrounds, regardless of ability to pay. Our vision is to expand access to sexual and reproductive health care for all in Milwaukee and southeast Wisconsin within a reproductive justice framework. Our guiding philosophy is to provide an experience of abortion care that is holistic, accessible, and inclusive. Our goal is to not turn a single person away, but rather to meet clients where they are and provide the information, referrals, and guidance necessary to serve the whole individual.
Job Title: Client Care Worker (Part-time or Full-time hours available)
Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Job summary: Client Care Workers will be responsible for scheduling and helping clients access the support they need to receive care. Responsibilities include managing appointment scheduling in the electronic medical record and answering phone calls from prospective and existing clients. Additionally, they will assist clinicians with various medical tasks. Other duties include supporting the day to day running of the clinic ensuring that it is safe, clean, and stocked.
Schedule: Clinic days will be Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. We encourage you to apply if you can work at least three of those days. Working all four clinic days would equate to full-time employment. Three days or less would be part-time.
Compensation:
$30.00 per hour. Full-time staff are guaranteed 32 hours per week (annual minimum of $49,920)
Additional $1.00 per hour for bilingual speakers (English/Spanish)

- Friday, April 11, 2025: Deadline to submit an application

- Early May: Employment offers will be made
- Late May/Early June: Onboarding and training
- Note: Our opening date is based on our construction schedule. We will keep you updated throughout the process on any significant delays.

Preferred education and experience:
- Proficiency with Google Suite preferred
- Experience with an electronic medical record preferred (we will be using Athena Health)
Essential duties and responsibilities:
All Staff
- Work collaboratively and communicate effectively to ensure cohesive and client-centered, trauma-informed abortion care.
- Foster a culture of teamwork and open communication within the team.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development.
Administrative Team
- Communicate with clients to schedule appointments, answer phone inquiries, and ensure a smooth clinic check in process.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, and adhere to ethical and legal confidentiality standards.
- Utilize electronic medical record to begin client encounters; prepare new client files; and enter all new client information.
- Address client questions and concerns compassionately, providing detailed information about abortion services, procedures, preparation, and post-procedure care.
- Collaborate with internal and external resources to facilitate client navigation.
- Consult clinic team and medical professionals when clients require medical assessment or advice.
Clinical
- Assist clinical staff during exams and procedures.
- Perform routine cleaning and sterilizing of medical equipment and supplies.
- Clean and stock procedure rooms between patients.
- Clean and stock other client areas including bathroom on clinic days.
- Manage medical supply inventory.
- Perform lab tests (ex. urine pregnancy testing) and vitals monitoring under supervision of licensed clinicians.
- Comply with all safety and emergency policies and procedures.
In addition to these responsibilities, as a brand-new organization, we are looking to hire individuals who are excited about creating something new. Clearance:
You must complete Care for All’s medical clearance requirements, which include, but may not be limited to, evidence of immunity to MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and a TB screen.
All Care for All employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Able to move boxes or equipment up to 30 pounds. Job duties will primarily be indoors in a medical and office environment.
Constantly operate office equipment such as a computer, phone, and copy machine.
Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly and in a way that others will understand.
Working conditions:
The position is generally performed in a medical office environment but involves frequent interruptions. The noise level is usually moderate. The work environment characteristics are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this position. Will work with blood or blood-borne pathogens and will require OSHA training.
