**Job Opportunity: Telehealth Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)**
Care for Life Therapy is seeking passionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide ABA supervision to children with autism and other developmental or mental health diagnoses.
For over 8 years, Care for Life Therapy has been dedicated to providing exceptional Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy services, as well as over 2 years of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. **Responsibilities:**
- Provide ABA supervision and treatment planning for children with autism and varying diagnoses.
- Support the development of individualized behavior plans to address client-specific needs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, client-centered care.
- Lead and mentor behavior technicians to deliver high-quality interventions.
**Qualifications:**
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Passion for helping children with autism and developmental challenges achieve their potential.
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- ConductIng functional Behavior Assessments when needed
- Updating objectives that have been mastered for both reduction and acquisition as needed
- Observes the (RBT)therapist implementing reduction and acquisition program(s) once per week or as needed
- Provides praise or corrective feedback to staff (e.g., including training, and/or modeling if necessary)
- Treatment integrity, making sure that programs implemented incorrectly once per week
- Discusses the client’s progress with caregiver and discuss issues occurring in the home with the caregiver that are related to the program objectives once per week.
- Able to collect IOA data with therapist to ensure proper data collection recorded.
- Provides caregiver training
- Completes therapist evaluation weekly
- Informs immediate supervisor of issues that may occur
- Submits reports (e.g., reauthorization, notes, and monthly reports)
- Completes daily progress notes
- Completes authorized therapy hours per client
