What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service/Scheduler position at CARE Heating and Cooling?
CARE Heating and Cooling is looking for a new office team member. CARE has been in the business for over 30 years and is one of the top residential heating and air conditioning companies in central Ohio. This position is full time and includes full benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, company paid holidays, paid vacation days, and a 401k plan with company match.
The schedule is a rotating shift with some weekends required as the office is staffed Monday- Saturday 7:00 am-8:00 pm and 7:00 am-3:00 pm on Sundays.
Responsibilities Include:
· Answering inbound phone calls
· Calling customers to schedule service appointments
· Ordering parts from suppliers
· Entering data into our customized software
· Keeping a positive attitude
· Paperwork and Scanning
· Fantastic attendance and punctuality
Qualifications:
· High school diploma/GED or equivalent. Higher education is strongly preferred.
· Excellent communication skills - both oral and written
· Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office/Google Docs
· Ability to perform basic mathematical equations.
· Ability to display and maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity
· Superior attention to detail, multi-tasking, and follow up ability
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
