Clinical Manager, RN
Care IV Home Health is a locally owned and operated home health agency in Little Rock, AR, seeking a full-time or Clinical Manager, RN to join our esteemed team. As a Clinical Manager with Care IV, you will enjoy a professional and supportive environment that fosters flexibility, work-life balance, and meaningful patient relationships. O ur Clinical Manager will oversee a team of field clinicians. Our Clinical Manager divides their time between working in the office (mainly) and supervisory visits in the field.

Requirements :
- We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) whose license is active and in good standing with the Arkansas State Board of Nursing
- Solid experience with Home Health nursing and OASIS required
- Excellent clinical nursing skills
- Previous leadership experience strongly preferred
- A minimum of three professional references on the application or upon initial contact.
