Home Health Nurse (Weekends)$5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS FOR FULL-TIME RN CASE MANAGERSCare IV Home Health is a locally owned and operated home health agency in Fayetteville, AR, seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join our esteemed team. - Part-time : 8-hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday
- Full-time : 3 (12-hour) shifts or 4 (10-hour) shifts, which may include weekends and then the nurse's choice of weekday(s) (negotiable)Requirements :
- Registered Nurses (RN) license that is active and in good standing with the Arkansas State Board of Nursing.
- Experience with home health nursing and OASIS is preferred; however, we will consider candidates with ICU, ER, med / surg, or related experience.
- A minimum of three professional references on the application or upon initial contact.Duties may include, but are not necessarily limited to :
- patient education
- medication administration
- wound care
- post-surgical care
- skilled nursing care / direct patient care
- patient follow-up
- OASIS Start of Care (SOC), regular SOC, admits & discharges
