Care IV Home Health is a locally owned and operated home health agency in Fayetteville, AR, seeking a part-time or PRN Physical Therapist to join our esteemed team. Requirements :
- Physical Therapists actively licensed or registered in the state of Arkansas.
- Previous acute PT experience
