Job Title : Software Developer - No-Code Platform Enhancements

Job Summary : We are seeking a talented and innovative Software Developer to join our team and drive the enhancement of our current no-code platform. This role is pivotal in maintaining our existing system while integrating custom code solutions to improve functionality, enhance security, and boost overall performance. The ideal candidate will combine a deep understanding of no-code environments with robust coding skills in CSS, JavaScript, and API integrations, ensuring our platform not only meets but exceeds user expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

Platform Maintenance & Enhancement :

Maintain and optimize our existing no-code platform, ensuring stability and high performance.

Identify and troubleshoot system issues, implementing solutions to maintain a seamless user experience.

Custom Security Integration

Develop and integrate additional layers of security using custom coding that complements the inherent security features of our no-code platform.

Stay updated on security best practices and proactively implement measures to protect sensitive data.

Feature Development & User Efficiency :

Build and implement new functionalities and workflow improvements that enhance user efficiency.

Extend the platform's capabilities by integrating custom code (CSS, JavaScript) to improve design, interactivity, and overall user experience.

API Integrations :

Develop and maintain API integrations with various third-party applications.

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability across systems.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement :

Work closely with leadership and business unit leads to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Continuously monitor platform performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Proven experience in software development with a strong emphasis on web technologies.

Proficiency in front-end languages, including CSS and JavaScript.

Experience with API integrations and working with RESTful services.

Understanding of security best practices and experience in implementing security enhancements.

Familiarity with no-code or low-code platforms and the ability to extend their functionality using custom code.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills & Experience :

Experience with popular no-code platforms (e.g., Knack) or similar systems

Knowledge of modern development frameworks and tools that support rapid prototyping and iterative improvements.

Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
