Requirements:
-Masters or Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field from a accredited college.
-QMHP License
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed progress notes and support the assessment process.
- Manage a diverse caseload and provide high-quality services to multiple clients.
- Help clients avoid out-of-home placement or transition smoothly back home.
- Participate in weekly supervision sessions with the Clinical Supervisor.
- Celebrate and respect cultural and individual differences in clients and coworkers.
- Use evidence-based techniques and curriculum to support behavior improvement in youth, adults, and families.
- Document all services and interactions promptly (within 24 hours) with clarity and accuracy.
- Offer or arrange crisis and emergency support as needed, both via phone and in person.
- Tackle additional duties as assigned to meet the unique needs of our clients.
