Description:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the residential care facility.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and guidelines.

- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.

- Ensure that the facility is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Participate in community outreach and marketing efforts to promote the facility.
- Administrator License is required in state of practice.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare administration, preferably in a residential care facility is preferred.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations and guidelines related to residential care facilities.
