Description:
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the residential care facility.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and guidelines.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the quality of care for our residents.
  • Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
  • Manage budgets and financial operations of the facility.
  • Ensure that the facility is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Participate in community outreach and marketing efforts to promote the facility.
Requirements:
  • Administrator License is required in state of practice.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare administration, preferably in a residential care facility is preferred.
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations and guidelines related to residential care facilities.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
