Due to growth and expansion of services , we are seeking an innovative leader to continue to advance patient care excellence through our delivery networks including Kent Hospital, Butler Hospital, Women & Infants Hospital, our ACO Integra and in collaboration with the IHI and the Conversation Project.

Position Spotlight

• Serve as the CNE system Clinical Leader for the service line
• Provide strategic direction and oversight in clinical areas to build and expand programs, establish guidelines and coordination of specialty related activities in conjunction with clinical and administrative leadership across operating units.
• Responsibilities include service line planning and development, talent development, educational program for residents and fellows and quality oversight.
• Support the Academic Chiefs and Residency designated institution officers to continue to achieve academic preeminence, oversight of various academic rotations including collaboration with Departments of Medicine and Family Medicine.
• Unique high level blended role combining both geriatrics and palliative care that includes a faculty teaching appointment, oversight of a robust, high performing team of geriatricians, palliative medicine physicians, advanced practice care givers, licensed social workers in addition to Integras nurse care managers embedded in our primary care practices.
• Position breakdown : mix of outpatient geriatric primary care and inpatient consults with protected administrative time
