The Geriatric and Palliative Care Team at Kent Hospital in Warwick, RI is seeking a full time Internal Medicine Physician who enjoys providing quality care in the home setting to join our Hospital at Home Program. Opportunity Highlights :

- Enjoy a combination of Home and telemedicine visits to provide care to acute medically complex patients
- Schedule : Monday – Friday; 8 : 00 – 5 : 00 schedule with rotational call
- Join team of 3 physicians, a nurse practitioner, LICSW and RNs
- Average of 8 patients per day
- Program based out of Kent Hospital in Warwick, RI with patient homes within the hospital’s region
