Talent Acquisition Partners are assigned to one operating unit. As needed, they help with team activities (events, coverage) and can be considered for re-assignment to another operating unit per need. All operating units are in the local Providence, RI area.

Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Partner represents the lead conduit of talent into an organization.
The Talent Acquisition Partner recruits for candidates in accordance with our Workforce Development Strategy.
The TA Partner actively sources candidates and works closely with the hiring manager on recruitment strategy.
The TA Partner screens candidates for managers and passes along competent candidates.
Successful Talent Acquisition Partners are constantly thinking about building relationships and about finding new places to look for potential talent.
This role is responsible for implementing and enforcing the strategic Workforce Development Plan.
The TA Partner represents the Organization and must exhibit professionalism and customer service at all time.
This role collaborates with members of not only the location-specific HR team, but also front line management in the operational area.
Requirements:
High School Degree or GED Required, Bachelors Degree Preferred.
3-5 years experience in Recruitment, Sales, Human Resources, or other related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Must have knowledge of MS office products, Power-point, Word, Excel, and Access.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills required.
Additional Information:
1. The Talent Acquisition Partner will manage 50 requisitions full life cycle: post reqs, secure requirements, review and recommend applicants, intermittent direct candidate screening, manage offer work up and delivery, and oversee on-board tasks partnering with the HR Support team.
2. The Talent Acquisition Partner will directly support related staffing activity for the assigned operating unit to include but not be limited to: managing career events, college/school relations and activities, business unit staffing recap meetings and supporting results reporting.
