Clinical Therapists:
Master's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
Clinicians with MA, CAGS, MSW, LCSW, LMHC-A, LCDP are eligible. Clinicians with LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT strongly preferred and encouraged to apply or attend!
Knowledge of child development, therapeutic techniques/interventions with children and their families required, experience with all demographics in ABA and CBT/DBT training, and substance use therapy. Prior experience in educational setting and multidisciplinary team preferred.
Insured auto and valid driver's license required.
Bilingual preferred.
Case Managers: Associate's degree in Human Services or related field required. Bachelors degree from accredited College or University preferred.
Residential Case Managers: High School Diploma or GED.
Experience in Human Services Field preferred.
Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Must have valid driver's license and insured auto.
Registered Nurses:
Associates degree in Nursing (ASN) required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from accredited College or University preferred.
Rhode Island Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact License required.
Experience in Human Services or Outpatient setting preferred.
Experience working with psychiatric and substance use disorder patients also a plus.
Position may require driving. Must have valid driver's license, registration, current inspection and insured automobile.
Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Case Managers & Clinical Therapist positions eligible for $2,500 retention bonus.
Registered Nurses and CB, ES, MC Clinicians eligible for $5,000 retention bonus.
