**Contract Athletic Trainer Opportunity**
We are seeking an experienced Athletic Trainer to join our team at Industry Health Solutions in Hatfield, PA.
This is a contract position with rotating shifts between 6 AM – 11 PM. Shifts include:
- 6 AM – 2:30 PM
- 6:30 AM – 3 PM
- 7:30 AM – 4 PM
- 2:30 PM – 11 PM
As an Athletic Trainer, you will play a vital role in preventing injuries, promoting recovery, and empowering workers to achieve peak performance.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Athletic Training Certification and licensure within the state of Pennsylvania
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with workers, management, and healthcare professionals
- Demonstrated aptitude for quick thinking and resourcefulness in addressing injuries and health concerns
- Comprehensive knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
- Skill in managing rotating shifts efficiently, prioritizing tasks, and maximizing impact during every interaction
- BLS Certification
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Conducting initial assessments to evaluate physical needs and implementing tailored rehabilitation programs
- Developing and delivering proactive strategies aimed at reducing workplace injuries and fostering overall health and well-being
- Partnering with management, team members, and clients to facilitate informative workshops
- Regularly tracking and documenting athletes' recovery progress, making data-driven adjustments to treatment plans
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $45.00 per hour, with benefits including dental insurance, health insurance, and paid time off.
