Job Description: We are seeking a Health and Performance Expert to join our team at Care One, Inc. As a key member of our wellness program, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative health strategies to enhance employee performance and reduce injury risk.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive rehabilitation programs to enhance employee performance and reduce injury risk.
- Develop and deliver educational workshops on workplace health and safety best practices.
- Collaborate with management and employees to identify and address potential health hazards.
- Maintain accurate records of employee recovery progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in athletic training (preferred)
- Certified Athletic Trainer (required)
- BLS Certification (required)
Working Conditions:
- In-person work location
- Rotating shifts between 6 AM – 11 PM
