Job Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one nursing care in a home environment.
- Take direction from clinical team and be overseen by a registered nurse.
- Follow the plan of care and all clinical and office policies.

Requirements
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License.
- PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- Valid BLS CPR card obtained in person, not online.
- Valid driver's license.
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train.
