Job Summary:
- Provide one-to-one nursing care in a home environment
- Take direction from our clinical team and be overseen by a registered nurse
- Follow the plan of care and adhere to all clinical and office policies
- Document patient information accurately and maintain up-to-date records
Requirements:
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
