At Care Options for Kids Careers, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pediatric Home Health Supervisor to join our team. This key leadership role is responsible for providing daily supervision of nurses and home health aides to ensure quality of service is within the required plan of care.
The successful candidate will have 1 years of experience in home health care or an equivalent field and possess knowledge and experience in trach, vent, g-tube, and pediatric care. Additionally, they will have working knowledge of electronic medical records, Microsoft office applications, and proprietary software packages.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing daily supervision of nurses and home health aides to ensure quality of service
- Initiating and reviewing clinical content, diagnoses, medical history, medications, and other statuses from client records
- Appraising staff performance during the probationary period and annually with the director of nursing, and providing teaching and counseling necessary to enhance the delivery of services and professional development of nursing and home health aide staff
This is a full-time, hybrid position offering a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 annually. In addition to a rewarding career, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401K retirement plan.
