Job Description Summary
Care Options for Kids is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. In this role, you will provide physician-ordered treatments for children with complex medical needs, working closely with families and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nutrition via a feeding tube
- Administer tracheostomy care
- Perform suctioning procedures as needed
- Manage ventilation equipment
- Assess and treat seizures
Qualifications
- Current, active Florida LPN license
- Current BLS CPR card
- G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willingness to train
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Alzheimer's training - 2-Hour DOEA Approved Course
