Pediatric Therapy Team Lead
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor to lead our pediatric therapy team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in home health care, with a focus on pediatric services. They will be responsible for supervising nurses and home health aides, developing and implementing staff training programs, evaluating client needs, and ensuring compliance with company standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Supervise nurses and home health aides to ensure quality of service
Develop and implement staff training programs to enhance delivery of services and professional development of nursing and home health aide staff
Evaluate client needs and determine appropriateness of home care
Assist with new staff orientation and training
Maintain confidentiality of medical records and participate in required functions
Work closely with EMR to ensure compliance with company standards
Participate in problem-solving processes to meet EMR needs
Provide trainer sessions and coaching support to new staff
Prepare and submit training course materials in accordance with regulations and company policies
**Requirements:**
1 years of home health care or equivalent experience
Knowledge and experience in trach, vent, g-tube, and pediatric care
Working knowledge of Microsoft office applications, electronic medical records, and proprietary software package
The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
