Job Description
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in our home health care program, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one nursing support to patients in their homes. This includes medication administration, physician-ordered treatments, and seizure assessment and treatment. You will work closely with our respiratory therapists to provide training and mentorship. We value your clinical knowledge and respect the deep bond you establish with the families you care for.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To qualify for this role, you must have a valid Pennsylvania LPN license or multistate license, PPD or chest X-ray, BLS CPR card, and a valid driver's license. G-tube, trach, vent experience is preferred, but willingness to train is also accepted. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication skills.
