Responsibilities
The RN Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Assisting with the planning, coordination, and evaluation of home health services
- Providing daily supervision of nurses and home health aides to ensure high-quality services
- Reviewing client records and initiating and reviewing clinical content
- Appraising staff performance during probationary periods and annually
- Identifying and evaluating client needs and appropriateness of home care
- Conducting client visits and in-home supervisory visits as needed
