About the Role
The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for providing daily supervision of nurses and home health aides, ensuring that quality of service meets required plan of care standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Initiating and reviewing client records, including medical history, medications, and other statuses
- Appraising staff performance during probationary period and annually with Director of Nursing
- Identifying and evaluating client needs, appropriateness of home care by reviewing initial intake screening form
