Job Description:
In this role, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide occupational therapy services to children in their homes. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments and evaluations, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
