BCBA Role: Autism Therapy for Children
We are seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide critical therapy services to pediatric-aged children with autism and other developmental disabilities in various settings.
Care Options For Kids offers a unique therapeutic environment where children can develop at their own pace. Our dedicated team delivers high-quality autism intervention, focusing on each patient's needs.
About the Role:
- Deliver ABA therapy in clinic, home, school, and community settings.
- Train parents, teachers, and staff on ABA principles and behavior modification.
- Supervise RBTs and ABA Therapists.
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and analysis.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor client progress.
- Collaborate with schools, medical professionals, and other pediatric disciplines.
- Assist with administrative tasks and oversee the therapy department.
- Maintain a monthly billable case of 115 hours.
