Key Responsibilities
- Conduct home-based assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement treatment plans and collaborate with parents and caregivers
- Work closely with the clinical support team to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy
- NBCOT Certification for Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Colorado (required upon start date)
