School-Based Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)
Compensation: $35-45/hour dependent on experience
As a school-based Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), you will work closely with Occupational Therapists and school staff to implement individualized therapy plans for students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide therapeutic interventions that enhance students' physical, cognitive, and emotional development
- Assist in implementing individualized therapy plans for students
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists and school staff to achieve student goals
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy
- NBCOT Certification for Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Washington (required upon start date)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Pediatric focus and/or School-Based experience
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
