We're seeking a highly skilled RN Clinical Supervisor to join our pediatric care team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for supervising nurses and home health aides, ensuring quality of service, and providing coaching support to new staff.
About the Role:
This exciting opportunity involves providing daily supervision of nurses and home health aides, reviewing client records, identifying client needs, and conducting in-home supervisory visits. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as an RN, with a strong background in pediatric care and trach, vent, g-tube management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise nurses and home health aides to ensure quality of service.
- Review client records and identify client needs.
- Conduct in-home supervisory visits and maintain confidentiality of medical records.
- Assist with orientation of new professional staff and provide trainer sessions for peers and field staff.
- Participate in formal and informal problem-solving processes to meet EMR computer education needs.
Requirements:
- Active and current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- At least 1 year of home health care or equivalent experience required.
- Strong knowledge and experience in pediatric care, trach, vent, g-tube management.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, electronic medical records, and quick-to-learn proprietary software package.
