Responsibilities of the Pediatric Registered Nurse
- Providing One-to-One Nursing Care: You will provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes, working closely with families to develop personalized care plans that meet their unique needs.
- Collaborating with the Clinical Team: You will work closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services, ensuring that each client receives the highest level of care.
- Documenting Client Progress: You will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress, communicating with the clinical team and families as needed.
Requirements for the Pediatric Registered Nurse Position
- Valid New Jersey RN License or Multistate License: You must hold a current and valid license to practice as a registered nurse in the state of New Jersey or possess a multistate license that includes the state of New Jersey.
- Physical from within Three Years: You must have a recent physical examination, completed within the past three years.
- PPD or Chest X-Ray: You must have a recent PPD test or chest X-ray, completed within the past year.
- Valid BLS CPR Card: You must hold a current and valid BLS CPR card, obtained in person and not online.
- Valid Driver's License: You must hold a current and valid driver's license.
- G-tube, Trach, Vent Experience or Willingness to Train: You must have experience with g-tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator care, or be willing to receive training.
