A Day in the Life of a Pediatric LPN Specialist
You start your day by reviewing your client's information and discussing their needs with our care team. You then head to your client's home, where you provide one-to-one nursing care, including medication administration and trach and g-tube care.
Throughout the day, you engage your client in various activities, such as outdoor adventures, reading, or simply spending quality time together. You also document your client's progress and share it with our care team.

Responsibilities of Pediatric LPNs
- Providing one-to-one nursing care in a home environment
- Taking direction from clinical team and being overseen by a registered nurse
- FOLLOWING THE PLAN OF CARE
Requirements for Pediatric LPNs
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
- PPD or Chest X-Ray
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
