Requirements
- Current, active Florida LPN license.
- Current BLS CPR card obtained in-person.
- Experience with G-tube, trach, vent, or willingness to train.
- TB Skin Test or TB Blood Test required.
- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course provided at no cost if needed.
