Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Pediatric Home Health Nurse. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one nursing care in a home environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing skilled nursing care to children with complex medical needs
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
Requirements
- Valid Delaware RN License or Multistate License
- Physical from within one year
- PPD or Chest X-Ray
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
