A Day in the Life of a Nurse

You start your day by touching base with your care team and client. You help with daily tasks such as breakfast, sponge baths, and medication administration. Throughout the day, you prepare and deliver medications and perform routine trach and g-tube care.

As a nurse, you will build strong relationships with your clients and their loved ones while shaping their lives every single day.

Responsibilities of Registered Nurses (RNs)

• Providing one-to-one nursing care in a home environment
• Taking direction from clinical team and being overseen by a registered nurse
• Following the plan of care
• Following all clinical and office policies

Requirements for Registered Nurses (RNs)

• Valid New Jersey RN License or Multistate License
• Physical from within three years
• PPD or Chest X-Ray
• Valid BLS CPR card
• Valid driver's license
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
