About the Role
We provide one-to-one care in the home, giving you the autonomy to make a real difference in your clients' lives. You work independently, but have support from our 24-hour, 365-day team.
A Day in the Life of a Care Options for Kids Nurse
You start your day by connecting with your care team and reviewing your client's information. From there, every day is a new adventure. You may decide to engage your client in activities like cloud-gazing, ladybug hunting, or making flower crowns.
Throughout the day, you administer medications, perform trach and g-tube care, and document treatments within our dedicated Point of Care platform. While your client naps, you finalize your documentation and touch base with the relieving nurse before heading home.

Responsibilities of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
- Providing one-to-one nursing care in a home environment
- Taking direction from clinical team and being overseen by a registered nurse
- Following the plan of care
- Following all clinical and office policies
Requirements for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
- PPD or Chest X-Ray
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
