We offer 1:1 care in the home, empowering our nurses to make a real difference in their clients' lives. With self-sufficient autonomy, they work independently, yet are supported by a Director of Nursing available 24/7.

A Day in the Life of a Care Options for Kids Nurse

Nurses start their day by connecting with their care team and reviewing client information in our EHR platform. They then provide personalized care, including medications and trach and g-tube maintenance, while documenting all treatments and assessments electronically.

From outdoor adventures to living room campouts, every day is a new experience. Nurses build strong bonds with their clients and their families, making a lasting impact on their lives.

Responsibilities of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)

• Providing one-to-one nursing care in a home environment
• Taking direction from clinical team and being overseen by a registered nurse
• Following the plan of care
• Following all clinical and office policies

Requirements for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)

• Valid New Jersey LPN License or Multistate License
• Physical from within three years
• PPD or Chest X-Ray
• Valid BLS CPR card
• Valid driver's license
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train
