• A current active Florida LPN license is required.
• A current BLS CPR card is mandatory.
• Experience with G-tube, trach, vent or willingness to train is necessary.
• A TB Skin Test or TB Blood Test is also required.
• Alzheimer's training is necessary to ensure our patients receive the best possible care.
