Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our pediatric home health care team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with healthcare teams, and ensuring seamless care transitions.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong clinical background, and the ability to work autonomously.
Responsibilities:
- Administering medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
- Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Documenting patient information and progress
Requirements:
- Current, active Texas RN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person)
- G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willingness to train
