As a Pediatric Homecare Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality, patient-centered care in the home setting
- Administering medications and performing treatments as ordered by physicians
- Conducting thorough assessments and developing individualized care plans
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions and coordination of care
