Role Overview
This position involves providing high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients in a home setting. Our team of experienced professionals is dedicated to delivering exceptional care that meets the unique needs of each child and family.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Delivering medication and treatments as ordered by physicians
- Providing emotional support and education to clients and their families
- Documenting patient progress and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
Qualifications
- A current, active Florida RN license
- Current BLS CPR certification obtained in-person
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to receive training
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed)
- 1-Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video (available on the DOEA website)
